This role will lead the Office of the Chief Executive to contribute significantly to the overall strategic and operational management of the authority.
The post holder will be directly responsible for the following service areas, totalling approx. 200 employees, providing the following wide-ranging functions:
- Client-side Management of the Efficiency and Transformation Programme
- The internal Transformation Team
- Target Operating Model development and programme management
- National Policy and Research
- Graduate Scheme
- Communications & Engagement
