One final point here, whilst public sector accounts for over 90% of our business it is interesting to note that more than 40% of the candidate pools we present come from outside of public sector and more than 30% of placements the same. Not only bringing further ED&I commitment we inject commercial skillsets and experience to those organisations needing to transform mindsets and make change.
