The Head of Information Governance & Customer Feedback ensures that appropriate Information Governance arrangements are in place to support the safe and appropriate use of data across the organisations supported by the team including stakeholder such as Schools who buy an SLA.
The post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing the Information Governance, Data Protection and Customer Feedback/Complaints framework with responsibility and accountability for the development, implementation and delivery of annual work programme, incorporating Customer Feedback, Data Protection and Confidentiality, Freedom of Information, Records Management and Access to Information.
