Osborne Thomas was established nearly 12 years ago by Julie Osborne, our Managing Director and Clive Thomas, our Finance Director. Keen to identify, engage and secure fresh, new, and more diverse talent in the market our business now comprises of the full range of Recruitment Consultants and Researchers, HR Consultants, Business Psychologists, Project Managers, Administration, Finance and Business Development.

Our approach at Osborne Thomas is that of a “one team” ethos. Because we are smaller than many of our competitors we work collaboratively together, with our clients, and our candidates, to achieve the best possible outcomes. Put simply it’s what we like – and what we do.
