As Strategic Business Relationship Manager you will provide strategic leadership for and oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, from competitive analysis, research and user engagement to business case, discovery, design, implementation, ongoing performance management and continuous improvement.
This role will be championing the customer voice in product/service development to ensure their needs are central to prioritisation and decision-making and influencing stakeholders across all levels e to ensure the Council’s strategic goals are met.
