As a core building block to the council’s Customer Access Strategy and Transitions plan, MS Dynamics CRM and the MS Power Platform is a technology in which RBKC is invested.

The CRM Technical Specialist is lead Programme Manager and subject matter expert (SME) in maximising the value and effectiveness of these solutions and is responsible for managing and guiding CRM programmes and projects in RBKC.  The role will provide leadership and guidance to colleagues to help build out RBKC’s DCRM capabilities and be a critical role in the realisation of the ambitions of the Customer Access Strategy ensuring benefits are realised for RBKC residents and the usual parameters of quality, time and cost are met.
