Barnsley Council are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic direction and guidance and contribute to the achievement of organisation’s ambitions.
In this role, you will be required to provide strategic Human Resources direction and guidance. You will also ensure the delivery of a professional operational HR service through a small team, contributing to the overall achievement and exceeding of Barnsley MBC objectives.
You will be able to provide significant strategic support to the Executive Director – Core Services, Service Directors and Head of Service. You will be heavily involved in workforce planning and development, recruitment, retention, performance and absence management, whilst leading on the provision of a high-performing and high-quality HR service.
