Practice and Quality Assurance Consultant

Salary:  £40,000 - £50,000

Following the redesign of the council’s service, they have invested in creating a new dedicated practice and quality assurance post to lead effective practice within delivery of youth justice services.

The post holder will lead on our quality assurance programme of work, workforce development and commissioned health provision, supporting the Head of Service and operational leadership team driving practice improvements.

We are looking for a high calibre experienced and motivated youth justice professional who knows what good and outstanding youth justice service looks like and is able to take the workforce on the journey to help us to achieve excellence.

You will be:

– Passionate about young people involved in youth justice system.

– Highly organised, systematic and tenacious.

– Confident in your knowledge and experience of implementing quality assurance systems and process.

– Someone who knows the National Standards and HMIP inspection framework inside out

You will be joining a well led and resourced service that is supported by committed leadership team and management board. We are highly ambitious for young people we support and service we deliver.
