Lead Analyst (Assurance)

A key aspect of the DD&T function will be to continually demonstrate and deliver value to the organisation. This role plays a key part in holding the DD&T organisation to account in delivery of its Digital Strategy and the KPIs agreed and established with stakeholders and customers across the Council services.

This role is responsible for measuring, maintaining, reporting against and presenting data to demonstrate performance against all DD&T parameters and standards of service and service delivery.

In aggregate the role provides data and insights to assist the senior DD&T leadership in evaluating the effectiveness of the department and the Operating Model in the context of the broader council.

The role holder plays a key role in holding the DD&T function and its supply chain (third party providers and strategic partners) to account against process, service, performance and user experience expectations and agreed standards.

The role ensures adherence to local government and GDS standards, is responsible for all departmental audit liaison, reporting and response be that internal or external.

In addition this role plays a key support function to the CTO providing analysis and reporting against the Council’s Green Plan and carbon objectives on behalf of DD&T.
