In this role you will be managing the delivery of the in-house recruitment service to meet the needs of a diverse range of services across the organisation. You will assess the effectiveness of the current operating model including an assessment of the structure, roles and processes to inform the future operating model.

-CIPD level 5
-Public sector experience
-Strategic change experience
