Interim Programme Manager

In this role you will be responsible for developing an effective programme management process for the Shared Highways and Transport Service across two organisations, focussing on the delivery of an extensive capital programme.

This role requires effective planning, monitoring, and supporting the delivery of all elements, including undertaking and identifying training needs of the teams. You will also develop and implement an effective project management system as part of a transformation project for the Authorities whilst advising the Project Sponsor on the approaches to delivering services in partnership with Assistant Directors, Heads of Service, service managers and officers.
