Our local authority client is looking for a qualified People Change Manager to join their team initially until October 2023.
This role requires extremely strong change management experience to deal with post-COVID work patterns and consequential office space change. Since COVID, this council are re-thinking their way of working by making hybrid work the new normal and altering the use of their spaces. The work done on this project will directly impact the council’s workers by creating the right conditions for the organisation to thrive.
You will be required to develop the change management plan and support its delivery. To create and roll out this transformational programme, you will work closely with stakeholders and senior management to deliver management interventions that encourage a people-centred approach.
