We have a core programme of insourcing a number of staff who will be experiencing change and transition, we have plan to support these staff to make the cultural shift and adjustment from one organisation to another.
Specific requirements
- Have extensive experience in diagnosing, designing and delivering OD interventions that have had meaningful impact.
- Be able to source the latest appropriate tools and techniques to apply such as Appreciative Inquiry, psychometrics.
- Lead on and facilitate small groups and large events
- Experience of leadership and management development
- Able to work to deadlines and deliver on objectives as agreed with the client
- Able to evaluate and analyse outcomes of interventions and provide a report with solutions
- Is proficient with digital literacy, for example is able to run webinars
