We are looking for three HR Business Partners, two of the HR Business Partner roles are in Social Care, one focused on Adults and the other focused on Children. The final HR Business Partner role will focus on Finance and Resources.
Your responsibility as a HRBP will be to lead delivery of the HR function to a range of designated teams, providing an effective link with organisational HR and OD to ensure the delivery of a joined up service that focuses on creating ‘Public Value’ through the effective design and delivery of services that reflect both internal and external customer need.
Also, you will undertake a lead role for HR & EDI, ensuring best practice and statutory compliance in one of the following: Recruitment and safeguarding, Casework management, Service Redesign & Workforce Planning.
