Reporting to the Employee Relations and Policy Manager, post holder will be managing a team of HR Business Partners; Senior HR Officers and Support Officers on a day-to-day basis, providing a professional, effective and efficient HR service to our customers.
Provide professional support and guidance to managers on employee relations’ issues, taking the lead on complex and high-profile casework. Work in partnership with Trades Unions to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the recognised trade unions.
Local Authority experience essential.
