Interim HR Business Partner

Client:  Local Authority

This BP role is mainly focused on Change and restructures therefore you must be able to evidence experience in HR Ops, structure change, dealing with restructures and developing structures with new roles.

This role also requires HR generalist knowledge to perform other HR tasks including but not limited to delivering HR strategic solutions, people management, provision of strategic HR advice and implementing HR policies and procedures.
