In this role you will lead a team to drive evidence-based people-related business decisions at all levels to support the delivery of the workforce strategy. This role is responsible for performance reporting and monitoring across the People & Transformation function, ensuring a high level of performance against the strategic plans (including the workforce strategy, digital data & technology, and org-wide transformation plan).
Predominately remote working.
