This role will programme manage the councils “future of work” programme by providing strong day-to-day leadership. The “future of work” programme is designed to ensure the Councils Delivery Plan is fulfilled by the councils workforce.
You will create and champion new council values, delegate and articulate new working styles to workers from different roles, build a stable and highly-skilled workforce and ensure they have the appropriate tools to support their work.
