This is a key role taking strategic HR responsibility for Camden’s largest client group, Supporting Communities – a fast moving and transformational area of the organisation. In addition to this you will take the lead on the Resourcing Strategy as driver for inclusion and culture change, capacity building and performance improvement across the Council.
