As Head of Culture and Employee Engagement, you will be part of our senior management team, responsible for delivering key elements of our People Strategy and will provide expert and professional HROD leadership, and advice. You will be partnering with and coaching senior leaders to ensure services are accessible, efficient and provide value for money to our customers and residents.
You will need to be a highly credible professional with a demonstrable passion and drive for organisational development and employee engagement.
• A recognised HROD or L&D qualification and CIPD member status is essential.
• Experience of leading an organisational development function for a complex organisation, whether as a stand-alone practitioner or as a manager.
• Current knowledge and understanding of organisational design techniques and approaches.
• Knowledge and understanding of HROD processes and interventions which embed culture change, behaviours, and values, and achieve employee engagement.
