The postholder will lead a range of professional services and functions including Business Intelligence Technical, Performance and Intelligence, Policy and Equalities and Barnsley 2030.
They will ensure that the service is continually improving and will also play a key role in creating a modern and efficient Council.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the development of the transformational and culture change agenda while ensuring that communication and delivery of key initiatives meet both the needs of the Council and supports the development of its services.
- Provide clear, visible, professional leadership to support a culture that drives continuous improvement, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
