The role is responsible for the provision of tier 2 (technical support) and tier 3 (expert product and service support) across all required channels taking a lead role in the provision of business application maintenance and support services. Investigation and resolution of issues with applications working closely with suppliers and colleagues in other areas.
Evaluation of software updates and managing the testing and installation of upgrades to business applications software.
