As Applications Development Lead (Full Stack), you will be the lead and expert in the planning, implementation and co-ordination of resource activities for delivering high quality application support and development services. You will have specific responsibility for managing the Applications function, the specialist teams within and ensuring service level agreements are maintained.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating timely responses to incidents, including channeling requests for help to appropriate team specialists for resolution, monitoring resolution activity and keeping customers appraised of progress towards service restoration.
- Supporting the investigation and resolution of issues and performance monitoring of systems.
- Authorisation and monitoring of access to applications, the investigation of unauthorised access and compliance with relevant legislation.
